Harsha Gamaethige is a senior finance executive with over 15 years of experience in Australia’s fintech and financial services sectors. A CPA Australia and Chartered Accountant, he has led finance teams at etika, OnDeck, and Citi Group, specializing in financial strategy, business growth, and operational efficiency. Harsha has a strong track record of building and scaling finance functions, ensuring compliance, and driving sustainable success for businesses. With experience at PwC and KPMG across Australia and Asia, he co-founded FinCare Collective to provide expert financial solutions tailored to Australian businesses and will lead from the front with his sleeves rolled up and be “on the books.”
Tashka De Silva is the Co-Founder of FinCare Collective and a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) with over a decade of experience in tax, accounting, and bookkeeping for Australian businesses. She holds a Master of Professional Accounting and Commerce from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of Canterbury. Tashka has held key roles at K.S. Black & Co and J.F. Stewart & Co in Sydney, specializing in tax compliance and advisory services. As a Xero-certified advisor, she excels in streamlining financial processes. Passionate about financial wellbeing, she is dedicated to helping small and medium enterprises build strong financial foundations, improve cash flow management, and achieve long-term growth through expert, tailored accounting solutions. Tashka will also be leading by example and getting directly involved in supporting clients on their financial fitness journey.
